Job Description
Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety, properly store and label food items, maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations. Maintain clean/neat work area. Set up banquet area and help set tables and prepare room for guests. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Foster a fun environment. Be gracious to all guests and co-workers. Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events. Enthusiastically support, actively promote and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures that behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards. Maintain a professional work environment with management and staff. Note - this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.
