Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Must have TB/PPD test .This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying needs, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer's.

https://form.jotform.com/260956741581162 Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life Monitor and document vital signs and changes in the client's condition Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning tasks Assist with medication administration as per care plans Support clients in engaging in social activities and community involvement Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Experience Candidates should have experience or familiarity with the following: First aid and CPR certification TB/PPD negative result Patient observation and monitoring skills Home health or hospice care experience Working with individuals with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities Experience in memory care or dementia care settings is highly desirable We are looking for individuals who are passionate about caregiving and committed to making a difference in the lives of those they serve.
