Job Description

Care Coordinator Assistant Salary:
$22,000-$25,000 annually
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Assist with scheduling, recruiting, and client communication Support the Care Manager and Business Development team Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation for clients Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM On-Call Requirement:
This position requires participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to support our clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours. We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Dependable and punctual Highly motivated with a positive attitude Compassionate and enjoys working with seniors Organized with strong communication skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player who is willing to step in wherever needed Has a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
