We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals. This is a great opportunity for those seeking a position in the healthcare field and a chance to make a difference in someone's life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Provide care in a respectful and dignified manner. Support individuals in meal preparation and meal plan. Engage clients in social activities to promote community inclusion. Implement individualized support plans and document accurately. Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety. Always maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with Hoyer lifts and wheelchair use. Pass medications as trained. Consult with RN as needed. Fill in for scheduled employees during vacation, sick leave, or busy periods Work with your supervisor to ensure a smooth transition between shifts, maintaining high standards of service Adhere to company policies and procedures for a safe and productive environment Experience Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Certification in CPR is a plus. Experience in home care or human services can be beneficial for this role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members are essential.
