Our team is seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist who values respect, kindness, empathy, community, and care in every interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing meaningful companionship and assistance that enhances quality of life. About the Role Memory care experience is required. An adult client with cognitive decline, memory impairment, COPD, chronic pneumonia, condition causing frequent seizures, and significant breathing difficulties who are largely homebound. The client lives in a warm, petfriendly home with two cats, and there is indoor smoke in the home. Responsibilities Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support. Complete light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying. Assist in managing and reducing household clutter with gentle encouragement to help the client remain engaged in the process. Offer support with showering and other basic personal care needs. Communicate regularly with the client's daughter, Deanna, and report any changes or concerns promptly.
