Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents. Encouraging social engagement and participation in community programs. Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Observing and reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Promoting dignity, respect, and well-being for all residents. Assisting with meals and light housekeeping as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assisted living or senior care preferred but not required.
