Lexington Caregivers - Experienced Concierge Caregiver | Private Duty Senior Care Lexington Caregivers is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality in-home support for older adults and private-pay clients. work Assisted living or memory care Hospital or rehab support Senior care services Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Support medication reminders and wellness monitoring Assist with meals, transportation, errands, and light housekeeping Maintain professional communication and documentation Requirements Minimum 3 years of caregiving or healthcare support experience preferred Consistent, stable work history with demonstrated reliability and professionalism preferred Reliable transportation and strong attendance required Professional communication and appearance Ability to work independently in private homes Must pass background check, drug screening, and TB screeningPreferred Experience Dementia care Fall-risk clients Post-hospital recovery Hospice support CNA, SRNA, EMT, MA, nursing student, or similar healthcare background Important We are seeking long-term, reliable caregivers who value professionalism, consistency, and high-quality client care.
