Part-Time, Recurring Weekly Schedule, hours TBD About This Role We're looking for a calm, confident, and cheerful support person to provide in-home and community-based support to a woman in her 30s living with Prader-Willi Syndrome and lymphedema. This is a Participant-Directed Services position — meaning the person you support is at the center of every decision. If you bring good energy, stay steady when things get tricky, and genuinely believe life is meant to be enjoyed — not just managed — keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Accompanying her to afternoon gym sessions and community outings (classes, library trips, errands, and whatever else comes up) Providing respectful, hands-on personal care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Assisting with mobility — supporting safe movement at home and in the community Monitoring and assisting with supplemental oxygen use as needed Providing present, consistent support during daily activities at home and in the community Being a reliable presence — someone she actually enjoys spending time with Learning about Prader-Willi Syndrome and lymphedema (training provided — you don't need to know everything on day one) Supporting her independence while being ready to step in when needed This is not a role where you direct someone's day.
