We don't overload assignments. We don't rotate schedules every week. And we don't treat caregivers as replaceable. What You'll Do Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meals and mobility Observe and report changes in resident condition Help maintain a clean, safe environment What We're Looking For A solid work history is required & reliable, dependable attendance and teamwork A good work ethic, a caring manner and must pass a criminal background check Compassion, patience and speak respectfully with residents, families and coworkers Assisted living /ADL experience is a plus - higher starting pay CNA certification is not required.
