JOB SCHEDULE
4 HOURS
PER WEEK
Duties:
  • Provide direct patient care in a home setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare team
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Follow proper infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for the patient
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Skills:
  • Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
  • Knowledge of home care procedures and best practices
  • Ability to cook nutritious meals for patients based on dietary restrictions or preferences
  • Experience in medication administration and adherence to medication schedules
  • Competency in taking accurate vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of various body systems
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
