Personal Care Assistant We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Monitor and observe patients\' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals. Help with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health plans. Skills Strong patient observation skills to recognize changes in clients\' health status. Experience in home health settings, group homes, or nursing homes is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility support. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
