Aide:
Assist individuals in developing and refining skills, promoting functional independence during breaks, mealtimes and other specific routines. Help to implement DHSP goals within a group setting or a one to one situation Assist individuals physically as necessary Document individuals progress toward DHSP goals Ensure individuals health, safety and general well-being Ensure and safeguard the human dignity, rights and liberties of the individuals we serve What You'll Need as an
Aide:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Experience and/or training working with individuals with disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record preferred Ability to lift 30lbs, assist individuals in/out of wheelchairs or up from/down to mats Demonstrated ability to work independently Bi-lingual preferred (Portuguese) Who You Are as an
