$19.50 - $20.00 per hour (Paid via MassHealth / Tempus Unlimited) We are seeking 1-2 kind, detail-oriented, and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join a supportive, communicative home-care team in Lawrence, MA. This position involves providing direct, non-medical support to a disabled graduate student and chronic illness patient to help maintain an independent, safe, and comfortable home environment. Prior professional caregiving experience is not required. We highly value consistency, clear communication, commitment, and mutual respect.
Weekly Hours:
Flexible, ranging from 3 to 18.5 hours per week.
Shift Times:
Shifts take place in the afternoons, evenings (starting after 2:00 PM), and/or on weekends.
Flexibility:
Hours can be consolidated for a single candidate looking for up to 18.5 hours, or split among multiple PCAs based on your availability.
Hourly Rate:
$20.00/hour (Starting rate of $19.50/hour during initial Tempus Unlimited onboarding and training).

Duties:
Driving the employer to and from early morning medical appointments from Lawrence to Boston using the employer's vehicle.
Hours:
On-call/short-notice basis between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM (schedules are finalized 1-2 days in advance).
