• 5:00 PM About the Position We are looking for a dependable, patient, and enthusiastic Job Coach to support an independent adult with autism who works two community jobs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help someone succeed at work while promoting independence and confidence. Responsibilities
• Assist with completing online trainings and required work modules.
• Support communication with supervisors and employers when needed.
• Help generalize job and life skills in community settings.
• Reinforce workplace expectations, routines, and social interactions.
• Provide encouragement while promoting as much independence as possible.
• Assist with problem-solving and adapting to new situations. Qualifications
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Patient, dependable, and encouraging personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and build a positive, supportive relationship.
