In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to a 69 year old man that is complete total assist ; ex: feeding, getting dressed, transferring, etc. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' health status by recording vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates Support medication management by administering prescribed medications following medical guidelines and documentation protocols Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment Support patient transfer methods using techniques like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts while maintaining proper patient handling safety standards Qualifications Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living/nursing home settings preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and home health regulations Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in hospice/end-of-life care is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use patient transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts effectively Join us in delivering exceptional home health services that empower clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
