Day Programs and Residential Group Homes The Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring community engagement Assisting with ensuring a livable environment Participating in the development, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of each individual's goals Providing therapeutic support and assisting in Behavior Support Plans, if appropriate Transporting individuals Medication Administration Assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living such as feeding, dressing, toileting, and other aspects of personal care, and nutritional needs Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, MAP certification/PABC training within 90 days of hire - We will train!
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid MA driver's license and willingness to drive Ability to pass a driving and background check
