We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides(HHAs/CNAs) to join our healthcare team! In this vital role, you will provide personalized in-home care to patients, promoting their independence, safety, and well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities and medical needs. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, and end-of-life assistance with sensitivity and professionalism Support patients with medical procedures including catheter care, wound care, and transfer methods using equipment like Hoyer lifts or patient transfer belts Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations while communicating effectively with clients and healthcare teams Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients Requirements Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current licensure Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring memory or dementia care Knowledge of home health care assistance techniques including patient transfer methods Ability to lift up to 25lbs when necessary and work independently in clients' homes Strong understanding of home health regulations, medical terminology, and patient personal care assistance standards Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Must be 18 years of age or older Join us to provide compassionate home health services that truly make a difference! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
