Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA) As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Excel Home Care Services, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Providing mobility assistance and support with activities of daily living Helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence Companionship & Emotional Support Offering conversation, encouragement, and a friendly presence Building trusting relationships with clients and their families Providing compassionate support and companionship throughout the day Daily Living Support Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment Helping with laundry, organization, and approved errands Quality Care & Communication Following individualized care plans Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Accurately documenting care provided Communicating with the care team to support quality outcomes We Are Looking for Reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs)
