Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) - Stoughton/Brockton Area Join our growing team as a Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals in the community.

Current Available Hours:

Stoughton, MA Monday through Friday 11am-12pm OR 12pm-1pm 1 hour per day Total of 5 hours per week This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while having the opportunity to pick up additional hours as they become available.

Additional Hours Available:

As our client needs grow in the area, we will offer additional coverage opportunities in surrounding communities, including Brockton and nearby locations.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Accompany clients on community outings when needed Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

Qualifications:

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred Reliable transportation Dependable, compassionate, and professional Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus
