Job Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities - including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and skin care, along with medication reminders and monitoring vital signs (temperature, height, weight). Assist with mobility, light housekeeping, and tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for patients. Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
Current CNA or HHA certification or training. A minimum of one year of experience in home care health, assisted living, or similar settings. A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
