Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in a Assisted Living Facility in a home like environment. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support patients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the supervising nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow care plans and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with dementia care and specialized care needs as required
- Administer tube feeding under supervision
Skills:
- Experience in patient care and caregiving
