Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in a Assisted Living Facility in a home like environment. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support patients with mobility assistance and transfers
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the supervising nurse
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
  • Follow care plans and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with dementia care and specialized care needs as required
  • Administer tube feeding under supervision
Skills:
  • Experience in patient care and caregiving
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of assisted living principles
