Available Hands is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Male Certified Medication Technician (CMT) / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality care and support to an individual with developmental disabilities in Waldorf, Maryland.

Afternoon Pay:
Competitive (based on experience) Responsibilities Administer medications in accordance with Maryland CMT regulations. Provide direct support with activities of daily living. Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement. Accurately complete daily documentation and medication records. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Follow individualized care plans and agency policies. Qualifications Active Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required. Previous experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Excellent communication skills and a dependable work ethic. Why Join Available Hands?
