House Manager & Weekday Double Coverage Community Living, Inc. is hiring dependable, compassionate team members to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Residential Program. We currently have openings for House Manager and Weekday Double Coverage positions. Both positions provide direct support to individuals in a residential setting while helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and supportive home environment.

HOUSE MANAGER

The House Manager provides direct support and leadership within the residential home. This position oversees day to day household operations, provides guidance to Direct Support Professionals, maintains required documentation, and helps ensure individuals receive consistent, high quality, person centered services.

Schedule Monday:

12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, sleep overnight at the residence

Tuesday:

6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, sleep overnight at the residence

Wednesday:

6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, sleep overnight at the residence

Thursday:

6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, sleep overnight at the residence

Friday:

6:00 AM to 11:00 AM 49 paid hours per week. Overnight sleep time is unpaid unless support is required during the night. Pay $19.07 to $21.13 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily residential operations and provide guidance to Direct Support Professionals Provide direct support with personal care, hygiene, activities of daily living, meals, and household routines Administer and document medications in accordance with applicable requirements Complete and review required documentation, including progress notes, medication records, and incident reports Implement Person Centered Plans and individual support strategies Support individuals with appointments, transportation, community outings, shopping, and recreational activities Monitor individuals' health, safety, and well being and communicate significant concerns or changes Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and inspection ready residence

WEEKDAY DOUBLE COVERAGE

The Weekday Double Coverage position provides additional direct support within a residential home. This position works alongside other residential staff to assist individuals with daily routines, personal needs, community activities, and household responsibilities. Schedule Monday through

Friday:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM 40 hours per week. Pay $18.41 to $19.74 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to adults with developmental disabilities Assist with personal care, hygiene, activities of daily living, meals, and household routines Support individuals with community outings, appointments, recreational activities, shopping, and transportation Administer and document medications when trained and authorized Complete required daily documentation accurately and on time Follow Person Centered Plans and individual support strategies Monitor health and safety and communicate concerns or significant changes to the appropriate supervisor Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in required trainings and meetings

REQUIREMENTS

Valid U.S. driver's license with at least three years of U.S. driving history No more than two points on driving record and eligibility for coverage under the company's insurance policy Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and participate in two person lifts Ability to bend, stoop, push, and pull as required Availability to work holidays and during inclement weather when scheduled Ability to work independently and as part of a team Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and other required training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a group home, residential, healthcare, or human services setting Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or behavioral health needs Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and problem solving skills Medication Administration Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred for the House Manager position
