Job Summary We are looking to hire experienced Male Direct Support Professionals to work with Individuals experiencing Intellectual Disabilities.

Job Duties:

Assisting client with creating a chore checklist for his weekly household chores. Assisting client to develop a menu, healthy meal planner and grocery list. Assisting client to calculate his monthly income (Gross income and Net pay) Assisting client to track his spending and also determine the expenses to cut back on or eliminate Assisting client to compare prices and determine the places to go for shopping. Assisting client to dress appropriately for the weather before going out for shopping. Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and any changes in health status. Support clients in social activities and community engagement. Maintain a clean and safe environment for client at all times. Collaborate with family members, and other caregivers to ensure attentive care.

Requirements:

CPR/First Aid US Work Authorization Clearance of Background check High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
