Current openings are in homes with behavioral or medical support needs, so we're looking for candidates with previous IDD experience and behavioral management experience within IDD communities or similar settings

- -What You'll Do
- Support personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing
- Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating
- Keep homes safe and clean (light housekeeping)
- Administer medications (training provided)
- Lead outings and activities
- Encourage independence and life skills
- Provide behavioral support safely
- Be a consistent, positive presence
- Who We're Looking For?? 18 or older?? Previous IDD experience and behavioral management experience within IDD communities or similar settings?? Valid U.S. driver's license =2 years (permit excluded)?? Pass background check, drug screen, physical, ergonomic assessments?? Can attend 3 weeks + 2 days paid New Hire Training (M-F, 8:30-5)??
