Hagerstown, MD Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (No evenings or weekends!)

What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Vocational/FAVC Day Services program , you'll: Help individuals build job and life skills that promote independence Provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support Foster inclusion through community activities and meaningful experiences Ensure safety and well-being using proper care and support techniques Keep accurate documentation and communicate with your team Be a positive role model — and a difference-maker every single day What You'll Need High School diploma or GED A valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with physical support when needed A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for others Experience helping people with disabilities is a plus — but we'll train you if you have the heart for it!
