TriSource is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a day program setting located in the Havre de Grace area. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in the community, building meaningful relationships, and helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

Schedules:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record/MVR (2 points or less; no DUI/DWI) Comfortable driving company vehicles (personal vehicle not required while working) Ability to pass d rug screen + DOT Physical Ability to pass criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification MANDT training DDA Training High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities:
