Position Structure This is a 90-day contract position (1099) with SDVO Compensation is paid on Net 30 terms based on a bi-weekly billing cycle After 90 successful days, candidates may transition into a full-time W-2 position directly with the client Opportunity for long-term placement, advancement, and growth Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, meals, and medication reminders Provide emotional support, companionship, and mentorship Monitor and report changes in physical or mental condition Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment Encourage participation in recreational, educational, and community-based activities Assist with transportation, household tasks, and daily routines as needed Qualifications & Requirements Experience in direct care, senior care, or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic cooking and household management skills Valid driver's license required Clean U.S. driving record for the past 3 years - NO exceptions No felony convictions - NO exceptions Ability to work independently and professionally within a team environment Why Join SDVO?
