Job Description
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide community-based support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Central Maryland. DSPs assist individuals in achieving greater independence, building meaningful community connections, and living fulfilling lives through person-centered support. Responsibilities Assist individuals with activities of daily living as needed Support community participation and engagement Assist with transportation to appointments and activities Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy Support recreational, educational, and social activities Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Follow all DDA, Medicaid, and company policies Communicate effectively with families and support teams Protect individual rights, privacy, and dignity
