Our services include group homes, supported living, employment services, personal support, respite care, and more. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities Provide direct care and support in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community outings. Encourage independence and skill development through individualized support plans. Monitor and document progress, incidents, and health-related needs. Administer medications (after training and certification). Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Transport individuals to appointments, programs, or community activities as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for some shifts). Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference checks. CPR/First Aid and Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
