7:00 AM-11:00 PM 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Join Our Team Primus Health Inc. is seeking a dependable, caring, and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized support to a male client in Randallstown, MD . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is comfortable providing one-on-one support, and is committed to promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Your Responsibilities As a DSP, you will: Provide one-on-one support with daily activities and routines. Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support community participation, recreational activities, appointments, and outings. Assist with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and other household activities. Encourage communication, social interaction, independence, and participation. Provide appropriate behavioral support and redirection when needed. Administer medications as required and complete medication-related documentation. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Complete daily progress notes and incident reports accurately and on time. Monitor the individual's health, safety, and overall well-being. Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding concerns, incidents, or changes in the individual's condition.
Qualifications Candidates should have:
DDA Core Training CPR Certification Bloodborne Pathogens Training Mandt Training CMT (Certified Medication Technician) Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation A dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional attitude The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, respectful, and committed to person-centered care .
