About the Job As a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, community integration, and personal growth. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals passionate about care, support, and service—especially those interested in healthcare, social work, psychology, or human services careers.
Available Shift Saturday & Sunday:
3:00PM-11:00PM Responsibilities Include Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and personal choice. Complete accurate and timely documentation in ICM. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Assist with meal preparation, medication administration/reminders, and personal care as needed. Support individuals in daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals. Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered support at all times.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree 2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation 3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device 4.
Active Certifications/Licenses:
CMT License, First Aid/CPR 5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities. 6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
