About the Role Mid Atlantic Resource Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide personal support services for a male DDA client. This role focuses on community integration and support within the , Salisbury, Md metro area This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a full time/Part time support work to gain experience in the human services field. The position is for immediate hire and offers a full time or part time opportunity permanently with clients. Responsibilities Provide personal support and community integration activities for the assigned client. Promote the client's independence, social engagement, and quality of life. Ensure the safety and well-being of the client during all outings and activities. Complete documentation as required by DDA standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and client families. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). Ability to pass a criminal background check. Completion of all required DDA trainings.
