Adventist HealthCare Home Health seeks to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As an Home Health Administrative Assistant you will:
- Responsible for screening calls, managing calendars and coordinating meetings and events
- Edit and proofread memos, emails, presentations and reports
- Send timely signed orders to support the delivery of clinical care
- Manages Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Maintains office filing systems, including performing routine filing, file retrieval, and file purging
- Assists Office Manager with maintaining general upkeep of unit computers, printers, and copiers and keeps work area and lobby area neat
- Performs general office duties, as assigned, and is willing to perform other functions within the scope of employment to assist in the efficient operation of the office Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years medical office and customer service experience required
