What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to individuals receiving services while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and community involvement. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, community activities, medication-related responsibilities, documentation, household routines, and other supports based on each individual's needs.
