About Lifelong Support, Inc. Lifelong Support, Inc. is a Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) provider committed to delivering person-centered support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Position Summary We are seeking caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes and communities throughout Southern Maryland. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping individuals achieve greater independence and community inclusion. Responsibilities Provide direct support in home and community settings Assist with daily living activities as needed Encourage participation in community activities Support personal goals and outcomes Provide transportation when authorized Complete service documentation accurately and timely Follow all DDA and company policies and procedures Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred:
