Job Description

Day, Weekends Only, MUST

HAVE A CAR CPR & FIRST AID REQUIRED

Duties

Staff to support the individual to perform activities of daily living (ADL). Support individual to access community resources. B Staff to support individual perform health and wellbeing tasks/activities to include: (1) attend medical appointments as needed (2) Use of house in house games, leisure and entertainment (eg. Puzzles, watching TV), (3) Outdoors activities (4) hand and body hygiene (5) Get a haircut and other health and wellbeing activities of interest and transport to the community as needed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, dementia, or other special needs is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting individuals to appointments or activities
Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety protocols.

Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus
