Personal Care Support:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Digital Charting:
Easily track and document client conditions, vitals, and updates directly in the AxisCare app.
Medication Assistance:
help with Medication reminders
Specialized Companionship:
Provide compassionate, patient care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or end-of-life needs.
Safe Transfers:
Use proper techniques and equipment, like wheel chairs, slide boards, ect, to ensure your client's and your own physical safety.
Home Comforts:
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and prepare nutritious meals to maintain a clean, vibrant living space.
Family Communication:
Build meaningful relationships and communicate professionally with clients and their loved ones. What We Look For (Requirements)
Experience or Passion:
Prior experience with geriatrics, developmental disabilities, hospice, or long-term care is highly preferred.
Core Care Knowledge:
Familiarity with vital signs, common medical terminology, and a strong commitment to HIPAA privacy standards.
Physical Ability:
Comfortable performing patient transfers and lifting safely using assistive devices.
Tech-Savvy Attitude:
Comfort using smartphone apps for electronic medical record (EMR) tracking.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work varied schedules or shifts tailored to client needs.
