Job Responsibilities:
Assist elderly residents in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their independence and quality of life. Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and nurturing environment for residents. Foster a sense of community and engagement through meaningful interactions and activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Preferred, but not required: PSS or CNA certification. Compassionate and positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
