WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll help individuals live full, self-directed lives while building meaningful relationships and supporting their personal goals.

Your day may include:

Supporting daily routines and personal care Medication administration — CRMA training provided Community outings, appointments, and activities Supporting emotional regulation and healthy relationships Meal preparation and household tasks Building independent living skills Completing clear and supportive daily documentation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are: Dependable and compassionate Patient and respectful Strong communicators Team-oriented Committed to making a difference

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass required background checks Valid driver's license preferred at some locations, but not required at all sites

NO EXPERIENCE?

THAT'S OKAY. You don't need years of experience to make a difference. MAC provides paid training and ongoing support to help you learn, grow, and succeed in your role.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

Depending on your role and requirements, you can receive training in: CRMA — Certified Residential Medication Aide Mandt System® Direct Support Professional Certification CPR & First Aid Trauma-Informed Care Person-Centered Care
