Job Description

Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We currently have Full-Time and per diem openings. Full-time applicants are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We have days, evenings, and overnight positions. This rewarding role involves providing compassionate personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence within a supportive environment. Duties Assist Individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Support individuals with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines. Engage individuals in social activities, recreational programs, and community outings to foster socialization and independence. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Valid driver's license for driving duties related to community outings or transportation needs.
Pay:
$17.35 - $21.00 per hour
