Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic DSP Team Lead to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will act as a mentor and a community connector. You will split your time between providing top-tier direct support and providing the oversight and direction that helps our other DSPs excel. We are looking for a seasoned direct care provider who has "been there" and knows what it takes to provide exceptional support. The Ideal Candidate You come with a passion for the IDD field and a "vibe" that inspires others. You understand that your success is measured by the growth of your staff and the smiles of the individuals we support as they explore their world.
What You'll Do Staff Mentorship & Support:
Act as a hands-on coach for both new and existing DSPs. You'll be the go-to resource for your team, offering the training and encouragement they need to provide the highest quality of care.
Community Integration:
Break down barriers to community life. You will actively seek out opportunities for individuals to build local relationships, join clubs, and participate in the activities that matter most to them.
Meaningful Activity Planning:
Lead the charge in moving away from "routine" and toward "remarkable." You'll assist in planning group and individual activities that are person-centered, engaging, and designed to achieve personal goals.
Quality Oversight:
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of participants while overseeing the development and implementation of service plans that reflect their true desires.
Collaborative Leadership:
Foster a positive, inclusive environment by acting as a bridge between families, caregivers, and your direct support team. Benefits Include $500 Sign-on bonus Mileage Reimbursement (for all that community exploration!)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD. A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. Access to a reliable vehicle. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
