QUALIFICATIONS 18
years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Ability to pass a background check upon hire A heart for supporting people with disabilities Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care, support, and transportation to individuals with disabilities in a center based community support setting and in their communities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor and document observations and behaviors.
  • Utilize first aid skills when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for adults with disabilities.
  • Engage in social work practices to promote a positive and supportive environment.
FULL-TIME
This position has a primary schedule of Monday
  • Friday 1st shift, with occasional evening shift, holiday, and weekend shifts as needed by the persons served. Weekend hours worked between 6:01 am
  • 9:59 pm pay $1.
50/hour more.
