Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring safely to prevent injury. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to the supervisor. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
