POSITION SUMMARY
Home Health Aide - 8-Hour Shifts | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available. Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility. No running between clients. More consistent schedules. More meaningful care. Now hiring in the Ubly area. - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, safety, and independence
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Transport clients to appointments or community activities when needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs
- Help clients maintain independence and quality of life Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing hands-on care
- Valid driver's license preferred We will train the right person—reliability and compassion matter most.
