University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Brighton, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health conditions. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff. Requirements Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field is a plus. Ability to pass background and health screenings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
