Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related healthcare role is a plus. Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly. Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
