Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within the home. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor promptly. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of services provided and client conditions. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their families. Reliable transportation to and from job location in Clawson, MI. Ability to pass background checks.
