This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help clients with mobility and transfers safely. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals or supervisors. Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
