Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team in Hartland, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or manager. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals carefully. Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress. Requirements A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in home care or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients. Ability to pass background checks.
